This is the first step of the journey. You then manage documents, approvals, progress and delivery confirmation on the same platform.
What happens after I book?
We coordinate supplier pickup and prepare the export paperwork. Your shipment then moves through ocean or air freight, import clearance and final delivery. Storage and fulfilment sit between arrival and delivery when you need them. You can see updates, answer questions and approve changes on the platform throughout.
What if I only need one part of the journey?
Choose the service you need on the platform and review its quote and scope before booking. We can handle a freight leg, customs clearance, warehousing, fulfilment or delivery. You can also use a focused AI powered workflow. Your selected scope explains the handover points and what is covered.
Is storage part of every shipment?
No. If your goods can go straight to the receiving address after release, we arrange direct delivery. Choose storage or fulfilment on the platform when you need goods held, picked or packed. If the need arises later, the scope and costs are presented for your approval before the extra service is arranged.
